chicken Biryani Recipe
Ingrediants
- 2 cups Basmati rice🍚
- 500g chicken🐔
- 2 Onion🧅
- 2 Tomatoes🍅
- 2 tbsp Biryani masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste🧄
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- spices:turmeric,chilli powder,cloves,cardamon
- salt to tsaste
- oil an water as you want
Steps to Cook Biryani
- Wash and soak Basmati rice for 30 minutes.
- heat oil in a pot,add whole spices,then onions and fry till golden.
- Add Ginger-garlic paste and chicken &cook till light brown.
- Add tomatoes,biryani masala,yogurt&cook till chicken is tender.
- layer soaked rice on top, add water & salt.
- Cover and cook on low heat till rice is cooked & fluffy.
- Garnish with fried onions & serve hot!
