Steps to Cook Biryani

  1. Wash and soak Basmati rice for 30 minutes.
  2. heat oil in a pot,add whole spices,then onions and fry till golden.
  3. Add Ginger-garlic paste and chicken &cook till light brown.
  4. Add tomatoes,biryani masala,yogurt&cook till chicken is tender.
  5. layer soaked rice on top, add water & salt.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat till rice is cooked & fluffy.
  7. Garnish with fried onions & serve hot!
